The Boys Are Back

So much has been going on in the new year. Jonathan is getting sooo big and Maverick is fast approaching 13,(SCARY). But one the biggest changes is David and Michael are back, and yes both together. We now have four boys, count them four, in our little house. David, Michael, and Jonathan are all in one room, along with all the toys and books. If you have seen this room, you will know this was not an easy task. But, I was blessed with the ability to get 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb box.The room is super fun and very boy. Lucky Maverick still has his own room to retreat to when he has had his fill of little boys.

Michael came first looking so big now that he is 5 years old. He still has those blue, blue eyes with lashes a mile long.
Jonathan loved have a playmate more his sizes for the week.
David came a week later and is so much taller now. But it feels like he never left.

Along with a full house of boys, we have more snow then you could imagine. Not as much as a few years ago, but pretty close. Jonathan look super cute walking down one of the many paths that have been made to get around the yard.

So the snow covered little yellow house has been turned on it's end with so much snow and lots of socks.

God differently answers prays and some times with a little humor.

God's World From My Back Porch

I love living in New Hampshire. The world around us is such a testimony of God's wonderful creation and power. So many Bible verses, and good old hymns come to my mind when I take the time to stop and look around. The mountains speak of His power and majesty, the heavens declare His glory, the earth is His creation.
One morning when I was out on my back porch I was blessed with the site of the moon. I love seeing the moon this way, I think is is called a child's moon. Because it is the only time a child can see the moon.
I looked beyond the moon to the snow dusted mountains. This is just the begin signs of the winter to come. Many love to see the fall colors of the trees and wonder at there beauty, I love the snowy mountain sides.
Its hard to see, but flying through the sky is a large bird. I was not able to tell what it was, but it glided back and forth for awhile before it disappeared.
Were ever you live you can experience God's creation you just need to stop and listen to His still small voice.

Christams 2010

We had a wonderful Christmas this year, filled with many special moments. It was a warm and cozy Christmas morning in our house. We had spent lots of time over the year making homemade ornaments for our tree. With all those homemade things and our new rag tied twinkle lights our tree was beautiful. God blessed us this year with the ability to spoil each other, and we did, it was tons of fun. Below are just a few of the hundreds of moments that made up our morning.
